Wool Rugs

Love the rug! It is the perfect for our space and very soft for my kids to sit and play on.

I hemmed and hawed about buying this rug, but I'm so glad I did. I wasn't sure about the brown in my space, but it works so well. It's not as dark as it seems in the photo. It's really a great neutral color. The rug came on time and had no odor. It doesn't seem to shed and rolled out almost completely flat! Very happy with my purchase.

This is a lovely rug. The colors are beautiful. I was a little concerned that the white background would be a stark contrast to the vibrant colors, but that's not a problem at all. The background is a beautiful off white. The rug is soft and really great quality for the price.

I love this rug in my family room. It is thick and soft. Major drawback is the shedding. Others have said to vacuum and it will stop shedding in about a month. We have had it for four months and I am chasing dust bunnies ALL around the house on our hard floors. I really hate that I am going to have to replace it, but I can't keep up with the dusting/vacuuming.

We've had this rug for maybe 3 weeks now and have loved it so far! We have a light gray sectional with medium to dark laminate wood flooring and it really adds to the space and helps lighten everything up in our living area. It is very cozy and soft. We also have two dogs (Huskies) and they love it and it has been withstanding their playfulness to date :) I am an interior designer so I know how wool rugs can act. They do shed a lot for the first few weeks which other people can mistake for it being not durable, but that isn't true. Wool is actually a great rug for high traffic areas but they do require some extra maintenance for your first few weeks of obtaining (vacuuming regularly).

I bought this rug a year ago and am just now getting around to writing a review, but I'm glad I waited because as time goes by, I love it more and more! After reading through other comments, I agree with a lot of them, but just want to add in my own experience after having the rug for awhile. The pros of this rug are that it's heavy weight and made from a very thick, soft wool that feels great to walk on. The colors are rich and gorgeous and work well with a neutral decor palette. There is a blend of ivory, charcoal, taupe and black in it. I personally love the tassels and think they are a unique detail that makes this rug stand out from the many others just like it. The cons are that it needs a very thick, good quality, non-skid rug pad (and they are pretty expensive) underneath, otherwise it's flat, floppy, slides around, and bunches up under furniture, so there was some added cost there. Secondly, it pulls fairly easily, so if you have small children or pets, this might not be the rug for you. Mine arrived with several pulls in it, but it went out of stock for a long time right after I got it, so I was unable to get a replacement. Rugs USA's customer service was easy to deal with and refunded me some of what I paid, however I was disappointed that I had gotten a defective rug in the first place. It would be nicer if there was more quality control before the item ships out. Lastly, it shed like CRAZY for the first few months. I have dark hardwoods and there were constantly wool fibers all over because of this rug. Thankfully, it eventually stopped. Overall though, I am extremely happy with this purchase and get a ton of compliments on it, so I would definitely recommend it.

I have bought some rugs many times over the last 5 years from this company. They are always nice and better than described and you can't beat the price anywhere. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the smell that is present with this one. It's taking a while to dissipate.

It is very nice rug, excellent quality, but do not buy it if you have any animals. It took just 1-2 minutes to our dog to pull multiple loops from the carpet when he was just rolling on his back from side to side.:(

Ive never purchased a rug from online so i was nervous about how it would look and quality. Thankfully the rug looked just like the picture and the quality is great ! Its not a super soft rug but it is comfortable under your feet. I did read that some people experience shedding. I haven't had any shedding at all. Overall i am happy with my purchase

If you are looking for a tribal style vintage wool rug this can't be beat. It's absolutely beautiful and unlike a real vintage rug it's affordable . Think wool loops of yarn , bold colors that are not overwhelming and organic looking dyes make this a winner . If you like a boho look this is the one to get.
