Love this jute rug, it's thick and softer than most jute rugs. I'm going to order a couple more now that I know it's a good quality one.

This rug didn't disappoint. Its durable and played up the patio area nicely.

Highly recommend and would buy again for a different room. In the nursery and great quality so far! Very much as described though slightly darker then some of the pictures (likely due to purchasing a smaller size and less area for the lighter beige colour to lighten the overall look). Some difficulty getting rug to lay flat (corners still a bit rolled 2 weeks later) but no issues with overall quality.

I bought two of this rug- a 4x6 version for my kitchen and a 2x3 for the foyer. It looks amazing! I did forget to buy the rug pad and I'm going to have to do it since even with being an indoor/outdoor rug, it's quite soft and can be a bit slippery.

Great neautral colors, my only complaint is it's a bit on the thin side , but looks wonderful!

I order this rug and another during the recent Labor Day sale. Both came in very very thin, ripped plastic bags and had several dirty spots where the holes were from shipping. I was so upset and worried because this was my very first experience with RugsUSA. I called customer service right away, sent in pictures along with a claims email i was sent and with just a few questions for verification, was sent two brand new rugs, at no extra cost or inconvenience to us! They arrived in three days. The rug itself is absolutely gorgeous and feels and looks very high end. Like a thick cozy sweater. We don’t move into our new house for a few more weeks so unfortunately i can’t attest to its wear, but so far feel that it is exactly what I was hoping for and was thrilled with the responsive customer service!
