Like everyone else's review states, there's definitely a change in color depending on your vantage point. However, the one we received is primarily pink and blue, not a rust red/dark blue. I like it ok, but it's not the rich colors I was hoping for. Timeworn is definitely the emphasis with this rug as it's extremely faded looking. Super soft though!

The rug is high quality made and the color is just like what it shows on the website. One thing I don't like is the smell of the rug after opening so I had to put it in the sun for 2 days and use baking soda to remove the smell.

I read all the reviews and that is what sold me ... the subtle pattern & light background, but would like to mention that it also has a light blue pattern on the edge of the rug with same light blue in the background. I was looking for all light brown tones. I kept it because it is so pretty.

I first purchased this rug for our entry way and loved it so much I decided to get a larger version for our family room. It's so soft and so pretty! We've already had a couple spills and puppy accidents on it (I can't say that thrills me) BUT, it cleans up perfectly and shows no stains whatsoever. It's darker than a rug we previously had from Rugs USA so it took me a few days to adjust. We had the other rug for 5 years and that held up great too! This rug has a more mid century mod vibe to it in my opinion but we have a modern farmhouse and mid century vibe going on so it works beautifully! I highly recommend buying it!
