I purchased this rug to layer over another rug and it worked out perfectly! Im not sure if it would work as well as a stand alone piece. Great quality on first observation. We have had it down for around a week and everyone loves it!

Rug is as described. Would be nice it they gave you the minimum measurements though of the more narrow part of the rug. It is soft. Definitely a faux rug, but it's more or less what was expected. Still looks good under my dining room table.

We love our faux cow hide rug! It works well as an accent piece & layered on another rug in our living room. If you have wood floors & do not plan to layer the rug, but a rug pad, that is suggested, to do under the rug.
