What is the Rugs USA Return Policy?
Although we wish you loved your Rugs USA purchase, we understand if it just wasn't right for your home. We allow easy returns within 30 days of delivery for all Rugs USA orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Currently, we do not accept returns from Canada. Once you've processed your return you will receive an email with your convenient FedEx return label to ship your item back to us for a refund minus shipping costs.
Although we offer free shipping, we do not cover return shipping costs. The customers cost of returning will vary based on product and will be displayed upon processing your return. We offer discounted pricing on all return labels to provide the best returns pricing to our customers. What is the cost to return?
The cost to return is based on the item you are returning. Your return cost will be displayed when you process your return and will be deducted directly from your refund amount.
Can I exchange my purchase for something else?
At this time, we cannot process exchanges. You can process your return and start a new order which will ship to you free of charge!
When can I expect my return refund?
You can expect your refund within 3-5 business days of the package being delivered to our returns department.
How do I process a return for multiple items?
Our returns portal allows you to return multiple items. However, you will need to process each item separately to ensure you get the correct return label(s) and refund for your return.
Can I use one label for multiple returns in the same order?
No, you will need to process a return for each item and use the correct return label associated with that item in order to be properly refunded.

I still have not received my return label. What do I do?
Please allow one hour for your return label to reach your inbox. If it has been over an hour since you have processed your return, please check your spam folder to make sure your label didn't accidentally get sent there. If you still cannot locate your label, please contact our team at 1 (800) 982-7210.
Why isn't my return being accepted?
Your return may be rejected by our return portal if it is past 30 days from delivery OR if you are trying to return an order that was delivered outside of the contiguous United States. If you feel your return is being rejected in error, please contact our team at 1 (800) 982-7210.
